I blog at PeaceCorpsLindsay.com to record my time in Moldova and to explain Moldovan cultural quirks to American and international audiences. On my blog, I tell stories, show videos, answer reader-submitted questions and recap my weekly health lessons. Strangely enough, my blog is the first thing that pops up when you Google "Moldovan bathrooms." Isn't that weird?

I love to blog.

To me, a blog works when it has a niche, a reason to exist. No one's going to read my blog because I wrote it, but someone may read my blog because I have something to say about women's issues or health care.

Blogging was the perfect way to cover my time in Beijing. Readers wanted to experience the Olympics from their laptops, and reading my stories helped transport them.
